Permanent Judicial
Commission
The
Commission is organized and functions according to the Book of Order
(D-5.000).The
Commission is responsible for any
trials, judicial or remedial, which may arise within the Presbytery.
The Permanent Judicial Commission is composed of 9 members elected at large in an equal number of ordained ministers and elders as nearly as possible. The Stated Clerk and Moderator of Presbytery are empowered to form investigative committeess as needed. So far in our history as a Presbytery, this agency of our governing body has never had to meet.
